At Scrub Lab, we want you to feel as good as you look in our professional medical apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn scrubs back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and hangtags remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
